Company heads presented from different, spot-lit platforms which encouraged employees to revolve in their seat to face the relevant stage. Innovative engagement sessions gave a really creative edge to the presentations and ensured all employees had a voice.

We designed a digital showreel to illustrate the key business successes and set up a unique awards ceremony to recognise and reward employees.

And what would a company conference be without a combination of business and celebration? An Olympics-themed group games session ended the serious part of the day, which rolled on late into the night.
