Unique and premium Global Brand Conference for Ballantine's.

Our brief was to deliver an engaging, unique and premium global conference that would underpin the ‘Leave an Impression’ brand positioning. Switzerland was selected as the conference destination, based on accessibility for global delegates and its position as a top 10 European market.

The conference ran across three days, with 130 delegates moving amongst four venues  including a private train from Geneva to Zermatt, that had been refurbished to serve as a mobile conference venue. Each of the venues was transformed with Ballantine’s branding to ensure that at all times delegates were absorbing the brand, and its vision.

An exclusive Iglu, a fireworks display and a local Swiss alphorn band was an extravagant highlight of the time in Zermatt. There was also a world famous Loopstation Champion, an ice bar, a Gala dinner with live music and an after party to signal the end of a successful conference. The selection of unique and premium entertainment ensured delegates received a true Ballantine’s experience throughout the conference.
